RULES & REGULATION

1. Parents / Guardians are expected to know all the rules & regulations of the school which may be changed from time to time. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Principal / Managing Committee will be binding.

2. A student cannot leave the school premises once he/she enters the school except with written permission of the Principal.

3. Throughout his/her stay in school, a student is expected to follow and maintain school discipline.

4. A student may be expelled, after due notice to the parents/guardians, for offenses that impair school discipline or for repeated misconduct.

5. A student should always carry the school diary.

6. Participation in all school activities and functions is compulsory.

7. No leave of absence is granted except on written request from parents/guardians.

Withdrawal & Dismissal

1. One month’s notice or one month’s fee in lieu of notice must be given before withdrawing a student.

2. Transfer Certificate (T.C.) will be issued only on written application and after clearing all dues.

3. A student is expected to maintain discipline throughout the academic session.

4. T.C. may not be issued in the following cases:

  • Failure for two consecutive years in the same class
  • Irregular attendance
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Habitual late coming, laziness or disobedience
  • Conduct harmful to school discipline
  • Arrogant behavior despite warnings
  • Misconduct inside or outside the school

Caution deposit is refundable only at the time of withdrawal (after adjustment of damages, if any) and cannot be adjusted against fees.

House System

To develop team spirit and healthy competition, students are divided into four houses:

  • Tagore House – Blue
  • Gandhi House – Saffron
  • Raman House – Red
  • Netaji House – Green

Inter-house competitions are organized regularly to discover and nurture students’ talents.
